What does "AI-built" mean, and who checks it?
AI agents write the copy, lay out the design, build the page and cut the videos. A separate QA agent then tests every deliverable against the checklist for its package: claims match your brief, links and forms work, spelling, mobile layout, accessibility and page speed. Anything that fails is rebuilt before it reaches you. You review the result and use your revision rounds for anything you want changed.
How can a first draft arrive within 24 hours?
The scope of each package is fixed, so the build follows a tested playbook rather than starting from a blank page. The agents build and check the work overnight, so the draft is waiting for you in the morning. The 24 hours starts when your brief is complete.
Do I need to get on a call?
No. The brief form asks everything we need, and feedback happens in writing on a preview link. If you'd like a call, ask for one in the brief.
What if I don't like the first draft?
Use your revision rounds: two on every package, three on websites. If the first draft misses your brief altogether, tell us and you'll get a full refund.
Are the UGC ads real people?
No. They use licensed AI presenters and voices, or your own product footage. They never claim to be real customers, every claim in the script comes from you, and we label AI content wherever TikTok, Meta or YouTube require it. That keeps your ad accounts and your reputation safe.
Who owns the work?
You do, once payment has cleared. We hand over the files, logins and source, and there's no lock-in. Fonts, stock assets and AI presenters are licensed for your commercial use.
Which platforms do you build on?
Websites and pages: Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Shopify or plain code, whichever suits you. Automations: Zapier, Make or n8n, in your own account. Tell us in the brief what you already use.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Prices on the site exclude tax. UK businesses pay VAT at 20%. Businesses outside the UK are normally invoiced without UK VAT under the reverse charge: enter your tax ID at checkout. We sell to businesses only.
Can agencies white-label your work?
Yes. Everything can be delivered unbranded under your agency's name, with a 15% trade discount. Mention it in the brief.
